My husband and I purchased our current property in 2002. It is a 144-unit complex on 18 acres. We instantly realized that we needed a management company to do the professional management of the day to day operations. We were introduced to Tecton and hired them to manage the property. Tecton has professionally managed the property for nearly 20 years.
