After our first multifamily purchase and a scary start with a different property manager, Tecton really impressed us. Starting in 2009, Tecton immediately turned things around, filling our 19% vacancies, and addressing old/unanswered maintenance requests. They gave that extra attention, while leading contractors (siding, plumbers, painters). I’m sure the residents were as relieved as we were when Tecton came aboard. We’ve been very impressed with Tecton’s fun, respectful, full-service approach to us, as owners. Vacancies are very rare, proving that residents are happy too. Tecton has chosen solid, well-vetted residents, who have created a great community. We’re now looking at another multifamily purchase, and we’re limiting our search to locations, where Tecton can manage.
