JOB POSITIONS WITH TECTON

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Strong sales and closing techniques.
• A minimum of two years general or sales work experience or one year industry specific experience.
• Basic clerical competency to accurately process and complete the maintenance of records, bookkeeping procedures and other accounting functions, including typing and computer skills.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations without assistance from the manager.
• Valid state driver license.
• Bondable.

APPEARANCE:

• Must project confident and friendly attitude.
• Well groomed with excellent personal hygiene.
• Professionally and appropriately dressed in compliance with Tecton Corporation’s Dress Code.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Show and rent apartments.
• Complete bookkeeping and clerical duties as assigned.
• Check facilities/open and close offices, cabanas, pools, etc.
• Resolve resident complaints.
• Maintain excellent communications with the manager.
• Successfully complete other duties as assigned.
